You may have heard about “mindfulness” and being “present in the moment.” These ideas can feel foreign to our busy, overscheduled lives, but their premise is simple: We need to pay attention to what is happening around us. Slow down. Notice things about the natural world that you previously overlooked. The Legacy Garden is the perfect place to discover your inner artist and learn new skills. Floatation Station July 18, 2023 | 10:00 am – 11:30 am Legacy of the Lakes BoatHouse Suggested grade: 1st-4th $5 This class is all about what makes a boat float! Kids will participate in STEM activities that introduce the concepts of density and buoyancy. Registration link coming soon!
