JUNE – Yoga in the Legacy Gardens
Yoga has so many health benefits for mind, body and spirit. Yoga equally strengthens and stretches, increasing flexibility and repairing muscles. It’s all about relaxing and allowing yourself and your body to have as much relaxation as you want. This time is for you - free of competition and comparison! Each month the museum will have a fun, lake-life craft you can create and take home! This month’s class is about creativity, science, and water. Get your creative juices flowing! Participants will build a boat out of common household supplies and test it on the water to see if it floats. Instructor: Debbie Hoven.
