Story Time at the Museum
Free water-themed story time at the Legacy of the Lakes Museum for ages 2-5 with the Douglas County Public Library. Story time begins at 1:00 and goes until 1:30. The dates for story time are: July 7 & 21 August 4 & 18

The Legacy of the Lakes Museum is pleased to invite you to our first annual Nautical Night fundraiser in the Legacy Gardens. This class is all about water! Kids will experiment with water filtration, make their own mini-water cycle, learn about buoyancy, and more! Join us in a Chain of Lakes Boat Parade around Lakes Darling, Carlos, and Le Homme Dieu. All captains are welcome to come along. The parade will leave from the Arrowwood Resort marina at 1:00 pm. Watching from shore? Keep an eye out for our t-shirt cannon! *Route of parade is subject to change due to weather and lake conditions.
