Legacy of the Lakes Museum will host February’s Hot Chocolate & History in the BoatHouse. Going to the lake is a time-honored Minnesota tradition and cabins and cottages wait on the water’s edge to welcome their owners home. Sailor School is a 3-hour camp at the Legacy of the Lakes BoatHouse that will teach students grades 3-6 the skills an experienced sailor needed aboard a ship, from knots to navigation and more in between. A mid-morning snack will be provided. Cost is $14. Registration is required. Register here!

Educators, school staff, and their families are invited for a special preview night at the museum. Check out our new exhibits and see what resources we can offer your school, including our new Teaching Trunks! This is a free event, just show your school Badge or ID at the admission desk to gain entry. Light refreshments will be served.
