Join us for a conversation with journalist Dave Hage about the history, loss and remarkable resilience of North America’s prairie. Drawing from Sea of Grass, Hage will share the story of an ecosystem that once stretched across the continent and the people working to restore it.
Hage is the co-author of “Sea of Grass: The Conquest, Ruin, and Redemption of Nature on the American Prairie,” along with Josephine Marcotty.
The evening is free to attend in the BoatHouse (205 3rd Ave W | Alexandria, MN) and light refreshments will be served.
