Lake Brophy Paddle Excursion

We’re partnering with Douglas County Parks and Prairie Woods Environmental Learning Center to provide a paddle excursion on Lake Brophy on August 3! It’s the perfect chance to get out and paddle, see the lake, and learn a little lake history along the way.
There are two time slots available, 6-7 pm and 7-8 pm. This event is free but as space is limited in the canoe, advance registration is required. Adults and children of all ages are welcome, but little ones may find this activity difficult.

On the evening of the paddle, meet at the Brophy Wayside Park before your registered time.
Available life vest sizes are:
4 – large
18 – adult universals
10- 90lbs and under
3 – 50lbs

10- 90lbs and under
3 – 50lbs
You may bring your own life jacket, but they must be US Coast Guard approved and in good condition.
