Parking

The museum has two parking lots on the east and west sides of the building. The museum front entrance will serve as the entry point for the event. We will have a golf cart patrolling the lots to assist those who have to park farther away.

Payments

For auction purchases, you have the option of receiving an invoice after the event or putting a credit card on file when you arrive for the event. After the evening ends, the credit card files will be destroyed. Select your preference when purchasing tickets.

Is the museum a charitable organization?

Will the event be cancelled in case of rain?

In case of inclement weather, the event will move inside our BoatHouse Education and Event Center. Attendees will be notified well in advance.

My friends are also attending, how can I sit with them?

If you have another party you would like to be seated with, you can list their names as you are purchasing tickets from lolm.betterworld.org. The site will ask if you have a seating preference. The museum will do their best to accommodate requests if at all possible. If you have already purchased your tickets and wish to make a table request, contact the museum directly at 320-759-1114 or museum@legacyofthelakes.org.
