DESCRIPTION:Legacy of the Lakes Museum will host February’s Hot Chocolate & History in the BoatHouse on February 13\, 2025 at 6:30. \n\nIt’s said that Superior never gives up her dead. With over 350 shipwrecks and 10\,000 lives lost\, Lake Superior has tales of tragedy\, heroism\, and mother nature’s fury. This talk will look at well-known and lesser known shipwrecks on the largest of the Great Lakes\, using images\, data\, and scans from decades of underwater archaeology.\n\nWhen you arrive at the Legacy of the Lakes Museum\, you will be welcomed with hot chocolate! If you are unable to attend in person but would like the recording\, please note that in your registration choices.\n\nRegistration is $14.00.
