It’s the most magical, wonderful time of the year! Parade of Trees kicks off on Friday, November 27, part of the annual Christmas in Alexandria extravaganza! The best part? This event is free and open to the community to enjoy.

~NEW THIS YEAR~

The holiday trees decorated by local businesses, clubs, and organizations will be displayed inside the Main Museum (205 3rd Ave W), plus we’ll have kid’s activities brought to you by the Legacy of the Lakes Museum and Runestone Museum. The BoatHouse has become our designated “Warming Shack,” where you’ll find our free hot cocoa bar and s’more supply station, along with hot soup and grown up hot cocoa (21+, $5).

Holiday Trees
View the holiday trees decorated by local organizations. Vote for your favorite. Voting is optional and done through cash donations. Whether it is $0.25, $1, $5, or $20, any amount is appreciated. This year, funds will go towards the restoration of Stella, the museum’s 120-year-old motor launch
