Learn how to not only survive, but embrace our winter months from local experts. Topics presented at this event will be basic ice safety, the joys of winter camping, and historic tactics to surviving the cold. Presenters include: Wilderness Inquiry, local DNR conservation officer Mitchell Lawler, and Jack Driscoll. The Legacy of the Lakes Museum is opening its doors for the 2018 season on Tuesday, May 22!  Discover vintage watercraft, fine art, and the history of our lakes and lake culture. Our gardens offer a relaxing setting among flowers, shrubs, trees, water features, and more. We are open Monday - Friday 10:00 am to 5:00 pm, Saturday 10:00 am to 4 pm, and Sunday 12:00 - 5:00 pm.
